Hotel currency, Forecast and room plan

What was done

Currency selection and rate-based pricing on reservations, Forecast occupancy/revenue, and room-plan info popup plus action menu has been enabled.

Example: On an individual reservation under Price → Currency you pick EUR and the rate fills; you refresh a 30-day Forecast chart; hovering room 101 opens the yellow info box.
