List group panel, movable summary and automatic page size

What was done

Using show/hide grouping panel, a group-panel context menu, auto page size that accounts for summary height, and a draggable summary customize window on lists has been enabled.

Example: Showing or hiding the grouping panel from the column menu, while grouping continues when the panel is hidden, has been enabled.

Result / Note

You can right-click a column header on any list and try Hide / Show grouping panel.
