Code templates: levels, numerator and card picks

What was done

Defining level-by-level code templates on account, material and service cards, and using a numerator plus optional or multi-select levels, has been enabled.

Example: Keeping level titles, parent links and rows with one save on Definitions → Code templates has been enabled.

Result / Note

You can open Definitions → Code templates, choose Materials and define levels.
