Code template top type, subtype and description duplicate

What was done

Adding top types beside Account / Material / Service and subtypes under them; picking the kind on the card; blocking the same Description at the same level has been enabled.

Example: You add Fixed assets with «+ Top type» and put Machine under it; on a Material card you choose «Material › Fabric»; a second «Cotton» description at the same level is not saved.

Result / Note

Code template tabs group as top type › subtype; on the card you choose which kind’s template to use; a repeated description shows an error.
