Code template kinds and parent link inheritance on rows

What was done

Managing account / material / service code-template kinds from the Control panel, and inheriting the parent level link on a new row from the previous row, has been enabled.

Example: Adding and editing kinds by card type under Settings → Control panel → Code template kinds has been enabled.

Result / Note

You can open Code template kinds on the Control panel and add a kind.
