Customer, lead, activity and task maps

What was done

Drawing the customer address map when the panel opens, and opening lead, activity and task maps after the record loads, has been enabled.

Example: On customer 5055 you open Address and the default address appears on the map. On an activity card the map fills after the record loads when the customer has a location.

Result / Note

A closed Address panel or a record still loading no longer leaves a blank box. Activity and task hide the map when there is no location.
