Code template parent level and folds

What was done

Linking a level to any lower parent (not only the previous), and remembering fold open/closed state, has been enabled.

Example: On a level-3 row you can pick level 1 or 2 as parent; closing a fold and leaving the page keeps the preference.

Result / Note

Wrong parent links and resetting every fold on each visit are avoided.
