Code template kind save and tabs

What was done

Reliably completing a new code-template kind from the control panel, and showing the saved kind on Definitions → Code templates tabs, has been enabled.

Example: Creating a kind by choosing Name and Card type on a new row and saving has been enabled.

Result / Note

You can add a kind under Settings → Control panel → Code template kinds with Name and Card type.
