AsyaOtel reservations, rack and end-of-day folio

Summary

Using reservations, the room rack, check-in and posting the night’s room charge to the folio in one flow in AsyaOtel has been enabled.

What changed / was fixed?

• Adding guest lines on individual and group bookings and saving them with board type and room assignment has been enabled.
• Seeing occupancy and guest status for defined rooms on the room rack and room plan has been enabled.
• Posting the nightly amount to the room folio as a service receipt at end of day has been enabled.

What should you do?

• You can open Reservation → New in AsyaOtel, create a stay and add a guest line.
• You can check occupied and vacant rooms on Front desk → Room rack.
• You can run close on End of day and confirm the folio balance.
