Conditional formatting on lists

Conditional formatting on lists (cell highlight, top/bottom, data bars, colour scale, icons) has been enabled.

What changed / was fixed?

• Using cell highlight, top/bottom, data bars, colour scale, icon set and positive/negative colour from Conditional formatting on the column header context menu has been enabled.
• Remembering rules in the browser, clearing column or all rules, and toggling or deleting rules in Manage rules have been enabled.
• Migrating older data-bar and sign-colour preferences into the new rule list automatically has been enabled.

What should you do?

• You can right-click an amount column on any list and try Conditional formatting → Data bars or Colour scale.
• You can add a Top N or Above average rule on an amount column and confirm the highlight updates when you change filters.
• You can open or delete rules under Conditional formatting → Manage rules.
