Klinik startup fix; dental branch update

Summary

Klinik no longer fails to start because of the dental-branch update; the Oral and Dental Health main branch is saved correctly.

What changed / was fixed?

• Fixing the dental-branch database update that crashed on a wrong column name has been enabled.
• Improving Klinik panel and appointment screens so an API error on open does not take down the whole page has been enabled.

What should you do?

• You can open the Klinik panel and confirm the home page loads.
• You can open the appointments screen once.
