Single-action button and themed action menu on lists

Summary

A single row action on lists (for example Open) now appears as a product-themed button instead of a gear menu, while multiple actions still use a themed Actions menu.

What changed / was fixed?

• Lists with only Open, such as Patients, now show that action as a direct button.
• Lists with several actions, such as Accounts, show Show / Edit / Delete in a menu that matches the product color.
• On narrow phone layouts the row-action button touch target is larger.

What should you do?

• You can check the Open button on the Patients list.
• You can check Show / Edit / Delete on the Accounts row menu.
