Shared storage for Klinik documents and demo photos

Summary

Reading and writing Klinik demo photos and patient documents from the same place in Platform Admin and the Klinik app has been enabled. Showing «File not found» when a file is missing has been enabled. Removing related files during sector demo Clear has been enabled.

What changed / was fixed?

• Having demo load and Klinik Photo / Document screens use the same storage folder has been enabled.
• Showing «File not found» (not a misleading «not in this company») when the row exists but the file is missing on disk has been enabled.
• Deleting demo-linked document files and old tiny leftover files during Clear has been enabled.

What should you do?

• You can Clear + Load the related Klinik demo in Platform Admin and try Show on Photos or Documents.
• You can ask your admin to check shared storage settings and write permission if demo photos stay blank after install.
• You can send company code, time and a screenshot to support if something looks wrong.
