Code templates and document print improvements

Summary

Keeping parent-level links and fold preferences on code templates, and closing modals with Esc when the form is empty, has been enabled.

What changed / was fixed?

• Linking a code-template level to any lower level, not only the previous one, has been enabled.
• Persisting open/closed fold preferences and widening the parent-pick modal has been enabled.
• Closing folio charge / payment dialogs with Esc when the form is untouched has been enabled.

What should you do?

• On stock / account code templates you can fold level groups.
• You can pick a lower level as parent.
• On Folio → New charge you can press Esc without filling fields to close.
