Code template kind save and tabs

Summary

Reliably completing a new code-template kind from the control panel, and showing the saved kind on Definitions → Code templates tabs, has been enabled.

What changed / was fixed?

• Creating a kind by choosing Name and Card type on a new row and saving has been enabled.
• Showing save errors in readable form on the card has been enabled.
• Listing active kinds as Code templates tabs has been enabled.

What should you do?

• You can add a kind under Settings → Control panel → Code template kinds with Name and Card type.
• After Save you can open the new tab under Definitions → Code templates.
• You can send a screenshot to support if something unexpected appears.
